Meet Fiona
Osteopath with a focus on Gut Health.

Hi, I’m Fiona — an Osteopath with a deep passion for supporting digestive health and abdominal wellbeing. I work with adults of all ages who experience a range of digestive complaints, using visceral osteopathy — a gentle, hands-on approach sometimes referred to as visceral manipulation or abdominal massage.
Over many years of practice, I’ve seen how closely the gut, body, and mind are connected. Stress, lifestyle, and emotional tension can all influence how our digestive system functions. My treatments aim to address these contributing factors, helping the body find greater balance and ease.
After more than two decades living and working in the UK, I returned home to Australia in 2020. The last ten of those years were spent in London, where I developed a strong focus on abdominal massage and visceral osteopathic techniques. Many of my patients were busy city professionals struggling with stress-related digestive issues such as bloating, reflux, constipation, SIBO, and visceral hypersensitivity — symptoms I continue to see and support today.
Now based in Sydney, I practise at The Body Project in Chatswood, Blues Point Practice in McMahons Point, and You Little Beauty in Killarney Heights. My approach draws on everything I’ve learned throughout my training and continued professional development to help patients improve gut function, ease abdominal discomfort, and support their overall wellbeing.
Outside of practice, I love fermenting food, walking and spending time in nature, brewing tea and drinking coffee, and dreaming about my next overseas adventure.
