Payment & Private Health Insurance

All major health providers are accepted and HICAPS machines are available at Chatswood and North Sydney clinics. There is no HICAPS machine at Killarney Heights but an invoice will be emailed to you so you can claim directly with your provider.
Most major credit cards are accepted. Cash, bank transfer and PAYID are also welcomed, so please ask.

Medicare Benefits

In certain circumstances, when a condition is chronic, Osteopathy is covered under MediCare’s Enhanced Primary Care programme. (EPC). If you have a digestive issue, abdominal discomfort or TMJ dysfunction that you have been experiencing for more than 6 months you may be eligible. You will need to consult your GP first and if they feel it appropriate they can provide you with a specific EPC referral.

Rebates for EPC can be claimed on the day of your appointment at Chatswood and North Sydney with the Hicaps machine. At Killarney Heights you will be emailed an invoice to claim your rebate online or in person at a Services Australia Office. EPC rebates do not cover the full cost and a gap payment is required. Your GP or Services Australia should be able to inform you how much rebate you will receive.

Cancellation Policy: It is kindly asked that you please give 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment so the session may be offered to someone else. Cancellation within less than 24 hours will incur the full fee.
